Pace and progress
Curating a document costs model time, so each account has a monthly allowance of curation. It’s spread evenly over the month, so there’s always some left for new mail late in the month.
What’s curated first
Section titled “What’s curated first”- New mail and notes, as they arrive, newest first.
- Your history, working back from the most recent, with whatever’s left of the day’s share.
So your recent life fills in quickly, and older years fill in behind it. A quiet day leaves more for the rest of the month.
How far it has got
Section titled “How far it has got”Settings → Usage shows:
- how far back curation has got, such as “Curated back to March 2019”, and about how many documents are still to go;
- how much of this month’s curation is used;
- at this pace, about how long your history will take.
When the month’s curation is used up
Section titled “When the month’s curation is used up”Curation stops until the 1st of next month, and Settings says when it resumes. Nothing is lost:
- new mail and notes are still imported, and you can search, read and ask about them straight away;
- they’re curated when curation resumes, and nothing waiting is skipped.
